Friends Meeting House, Hill Street, Coventry CV1 4AN
Sunday Morning Meeting at 10.30am

(with Children’s Meeting on 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays)

Wednesday lunchtime Meeting 12.30-1.00pm
(We usually bring packed lunch but drinks are provided).

Coventry is a lively meeting. Children come in for the last 15 minutes and we finish with a cup of tea downstairs afterwards.

The stairs are fitted with a stair lift. There are ramps to all doors and wheelchair friendly toilet.  The meeting room has a hearing loop.  There is a well equipped modern kitchen downstairs.

On second Sundays we have a ‘bring and share’ lunch which gives us an opportunity to get to know each other better.

Co-Clerks: Gillian Waddilove and Peter Duckworth.

Contact number for the Meeting house: 024 7645 5328

We have our own meeting website Coventry Quaker Meeting.

Directions:

Car: The Meeting House is near Junction 9 on the inner ring road – turn second right at traffic lights and right up Hill Street. The Meeting House is on the left.  There is a small private car park but public car parks nearby include Belgrade Plaza, accessible from Junction 9.

Bus: From Pool Meadow bus station; walk along Fairfax Street, Hales St. and Corporation St. The Quaker Meeting House is behind the Belgrade Theatre.

Train: From Coventry Railway Station main entrance, bear left under the ‘building archway’ (main road entrance to station). Take pedestrian underpass and cross the green along Freeman’s Walk (roughly in a straight line). At the end, bear right and then turn left into Greyfriars Road (‘dual carriage way’). Continue, past IKEA, until you reach St John’s church on the corner of Hill Street. The Meeting House is on the left. About 12 to 15 minutes walk.
