NB: The Meeting House is not visible from Summerfield Road, as it is set back behind the doctor’s at 8 Summerfield Road. To reach the Meeting House and its car park, you have to cross the doctor’s car park.
Quakers have been meeting in Wolverhampton since the late 17th century, but went into a period of decline during the 19th century. Wolverhampton meeting was revived in 1896 and since then it has grown to be the largest Meeting in Staffordshire. The current Meeting House was opened in 1969 and it is the third in Wolverhampton’s history.

Wolverhampton Meeting House is a fully accessible and user-friendly building, all on one level. It has three main rooms with a kitchen, shower, a library and internet access. There are approximately 24 groups making use of these facilities throughout the year.
